Nissan has unveiled its latest electric concept which is a rather futuristic crossover-styled vehicle. With sharp edges and streamlined body structure, the future seems bright for electric vehicle development. Perhaps this is an offshoot of the all-electric Nissan Leaf which is currently in production today.
It's the IMx which is focused on autonomous driving technology, with intelligence systems which learn the user's settings, driving styles and preferences as well as displaying insightful information about the user's choices.
There are several smart features of the Nissan IMx. Take for instance, the self-driving ProPILOT system is meant to take responsibility for auto-driving. The system comes with a retractable steering wheel, brake and accelerator pedals. They literally push forward for operations and backward afterwards.
Very attractive in its own way, it is incorporated with sleek lighting systems, wooden-trimmed interior, full-roof made of glass and spacious interior, the IMx is a contender in the electric vehicle category.
Cameras are mounted throughout the vehicle and Artificial Intelligence come into play here.
